Questions

What counts as a response?
One customer answering the survey on one order. Follow-up text and NPS on the same order are part of that response.
What happens on the Free plan after 200 orders?
The survey stops showing on new orders until the next month starts. Your existing answers and reports stay.
How does billing work?
Shopify bills you through your store invoice, monthly or yearly (yearly costs 10 months). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and you can change or cancel any time from the app.
Do you store customer names or emails?
No. TracePoll stores the order ID, the order total and the answer. Customer details stay in Shopify.
