Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TracePoll: Attribution Survey app (“the App”) provided by Groowing Company Limited (“we”) to Shopify merchants (“you”). By installing the App you agree to them, in addition to Shopify's own terms.

The service

The App shows a short survey on your store's Thank you and Order status pages, and on a survey page you can link to from your order emails. It records your customers' answers and reports them alongside order data. Attribution reports are based on what customers say and may not match other analytics tools.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed by Shopify in USD, every 30 days or once a year. Prices are shown on the Plan page in the App and at tracepoll.com/pricing.
• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the App; Shopify handles proration.
• The Free plan covers up to 500 orders a month. When the limit is reached the survey is hidden on new orders until the next month; your existing answers and reports stay.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for telling your customers how you use survey answers, in your own privacy policy.
• You must not use the App to collect sensitive personal data or to break any law.
• Keep API keys and integration credentials secret; you are responsible for activity made with them.

Data

You own your store's data. We process it only to provide the App, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with reasonable notice; material changes to these terms will be announced in the App.

Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim.
